Terms and Conditions of Our Services
Wash, Dry and Fold
Rest assured that your satisfaction is our priority. In fact, we treat your clothes as if they were our own. However, we have to agree to some rules to ensure that there is no misunderstanding between Lavanderos SAS (referred to as "we", "us", “our," or "Lavanderos") and your obligations and responsibilities as a customer. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
Suitability for washing

By using our service, you agree that your clothing is suitable to be washed in water, on a normal cycle, and dried with heat in a tumble dryer.

We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to clothing that is not suitable for this standard washing process.

We do not wash pet clothing.
Damaged clothing

We will do our best to avoid damaging your clothes. Unfortunately, there are limitations to what we can do. It is not always possible for us to inspect all garments for damage or their previous condition upon receipt.

We always want to make sure that there is nothing we have done to cause any damage, so if you find something that you didn't identify before, we need you to let us know within 24 hours of delivery so we can promptly investigate it.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refund up to 3 times the cost of what we charge to wash a particular item. If we decide to do so, you will need to present the purchase receipt or provide valid proof of the value of the item.

Cleaning and drying clothes also carry other risks. We do not individually examine each garment before putting it in the washing machine. Therefore, if any garment is "dry clean only" or is not suitable for normal washing and drying techniques, please do not include it in the clothing you deliver to us.

We wash all garments together as a standard procedure. If you prefer, we can wash light garments separately from colored garments. It is preferable that you separate the clothes before delivering them, but we can also do it. Both services are paid according to the weight of each load.

Likewise, we reserve the right to refuse cleaning any garment if we believe it may cause problems.
Lavanderos SAS is not responsible for:

Clothing wear, including loss of buttons, discoloration, wear, holes or tears. All washing processes, no matter how gentle, cause normal wear and tear of clothing.

Damage caused to clothing if you have forgotten something in your pockets such as nail polish, chewing gum or a pen.

Forgotten items in a pocket. We cannot guarantee that we will find it or be able to return it to you.

Damage based on the condition of the clothing after we have returned it to you.

The modification or transfer of colors, nor of changes in size (shrinkage or stretching), or damage or deterioration of interlinings, fillings or hidden parts of the garments.

Damage to garments that do not have washing instructions or that do not correspond to the material of the garment and/or are incorrect.

Cleaning of garments if the client decides to mix garments with sheets, towels and/or duvets in the washing service.
Stain removal

Although many common stains appear during our normal washing, we do not guarantee that we will be able to eliminate any of them.

As an additional cost service, we offer tough stain removal service with specialized “Color Safe” products. We cannot guarantee complete removal of the stain, but we will always do our best.
Lost clothes

We would love to be able to inventory every garment you give us. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to do so.

Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for lost clothing; We simply don't have an efficient way to verify that we actually received a particular piece of clothing.

However, you can rest assured that we carefully monitor your clothes while they are in the laundry.

If you believe something is missing from your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your clean clothing; We are much more likely to find lost clothing if it is reported early.
Forgotten clothes

2% of the value of the service must be paid for each day of storage that exceeds 20 calendar days after the service has ended. Under no circumstances should this value exceed the total value of the service.

If the garments have not been collected after 60 days of completing the service, they will be considered abandoned and we will have the power to donate the garments to non-profit entities.
Other
As our business changes, we may want to modify some of the terms of this agreement. Therefore, we recommend that you check it frequently to familiarize yourself with the changes.
Additional Terms and Conditions for Self-Service Customers

We are always here to help you. However, in the Self-Service mode, you are responsible for the wash, dry, and fold of the laundry.

Please check the inside of the machine before and after each use.

Check your pockets to see if any items, such as crayons, lipstick, etc., have been left out.

If possible, remove the fastener wires before washing, as they often come out during washing.
-
Many items may not be suitable for laundering as they will not withstand the washing process, so do so at your own risk.

Dyeing is not permitted.
-
Items covered in rubber or tar may not be washed or dried in our machines.
-
If you have any insect infestation in your home, you may not wash or dry in our stores.
-
Pet laundry is not allowed.

Follow our staff's instructions for operating the machines.

Do not hesitate to ask for directions.

Do not leave your laundry unattended.

Please remove your laundry promptly once you have finished washing and/or drying it.

Baskets are to be shared once your clothes are being washed or dried. Do not reserve baskets for your entire stay and remember that they must remain inside the tent at all times.

Sitting on the tables or placing children on them is not permitted. Please clean up after yourself and leave the tent in the same condition as you found it.

No smoking, loitering, or pets of any kind are allowed inside the Laundromat.

Washing machines must be started by 4:30 p.m., or they will automatically shut off. Dryers will shut off at 17:55 regardless of the time remaining.
-
All customers must leave the store by 18:00.
